Bygone Installations Bespoke Client Database Web Application

Bygone Installations install high quality sash windows, often to protected or listed buildings, that are fully double glazed but in keeping with a traditional look and feel.

Their sales operation is very time consuming. It involves a lot of 'flog & trog' as we call it. I.e. walking. Walking round streets and towns and residential areas finding properties that are in their niche.

Each opportunity is logged as they go and then marketed to (in a nice way!).

As well as that, when a sale is made, Bygone needed a system to record what the customer had, what the concerns were with the property, what styles were required and a means of monitoring after sales care and any maintenance/repairs that may have been required.

We have built them a fully bespoke database system to help manage this entire process. Working closely with the team, we developed the system using an iterative project management approach in order to ensure that the end users were highly involved in the development.
