It happens a lot.

We get quite a few clients who call with a website that they have no idea how to access its "vitals"  (hosting/email/FTP/databases), the people who built it for them seem to have become very elusive and the site needs updating rapidly because life has moved on from the 2years that have passed since the site was built.

A job for ooba:interactive.

Our first mission? Track down the old web company (guy) and get that domain somewhere where the client could have control.
