Are you part of Dezrez?
No. We are not affiliated with Dezrez nor a company of Dezrez. We are an independent, full-service web design agency that have realised that we can add huge value to estate agents who do use Dezrez by bringing our CMS and enabling it to 'talk' to the Dezrez database of property information.We have a good relationship with the Dezrez technical team and we maximise our creative design skills to bring a bespoke website for you.
How come you are offering this service?
It all started when we built a highly capabale, fully functional website that integrates with Dezrez for one of our clients. We believe that we're offering a significantly more bespoke service than our competitors are offering.We haven't been building Dezrez sites for very long but we believe we have a huge insight into the estate agency marketplace. Through our associations with larger creative agencies, we have worked for some of the largest estate agency groups in the UK.
So, we can bring our marketing, digital and creative expertise to help develop a superior web solution that is able to be fully content managed by our clients.
Where do I edit the property information?
In Dezrez. We like to keep your life simple. Our CMS 'bolts in' to the Dezrez database with your unique estate agency keyID. And pulls out your properties (in the way you want them to!) onto the front of your website.So, you keep your property info in one place - no having to re-enter any data. And you get a fully functional CMS on top of it to handle any FAQs (like these), Document libraries, galleries etc...
Where do I edit the website content?
You edit the website content (such as pageText, News, imagery, company information etc) in the Content Management System (CMS). So, properties are edited in Dezrez (because that is what it is good at) and content is edited in our CMS (because that is what the CMS is good at)... and we join the two together in a seamless front end website.Nice!!
