The difference
We offer the full range of services you should expect from a web agency. However, the main service that we want to tell you about is our creative, strategic and practical 'thinking' ability.
What we won't do.
We won't ask you what colour scheme you want. We won't ask you for a site map. We won't say, "So, tell us what you want"... We won't ask you to hand over your brochure and offer to copy it.
What we will do.
We listen
We'll listen to you explaining your business... your challenges... what you are trying to achieve with the business... how different things are important and how certain things are to be communicated to the various target audiences.
We nudge
We nudge, suggest, ask questions and most of all ensure that we have enabled you (and us) to truly think through the requirements of your site and the implications of those requirements (and we don't mean just cost implications)
We go away
We don't just make stuff up on the spot or try and tell you what to do there and then. We'll probably look into things for you. We'll sit down and break the project into tiny pieces and meticulously think through the work.
We recommend
We come back with recommendations, suggestions, options and the relevant investment needed to achieve them. We'll try and push you to do things that maybe you're not sure you're ready for... or hadn't thought were possible with your budget... or just hadn't occurred to you.
We're flexible
We understand that not everything we suggest will be possible. We're here to open up ideas and opportunities and 'plant seeds'. We will work with what you want and within your budget and wont be sad if you can't do all the things we recommended.
We get cracking
Once you're happy... we'll get a schedule finalised and get cracking. That could be just a day... or a week... or even months... but you'll know what you're to expect from us and when. And we'll ensure that we deliver for you.
